These terms apply to text messages sent by Purple Roots Agency to people who request an audit or contact us through purpleroots.agency.

Program description

Purple Roots Agency Request Updates. If you check the SMS consent box on one of our forms, we will text you about your request: confirming we received it, asking a few questions about your business so your audit is useful, letting you know when your audit is ready, and helping schedule a call.

How you opt in

You opt in by checking the box that says "Text me about my request" on our audit or contact form and submitting the form. The box is never checked for you. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency

Up to 4 messages per request. Message frequency varies, and if you reply, we may reply back to continue the conversation.

Costs

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will get one final message confirming you are unsubscribed. You can also email p.rootsagency@gmail.com to opt out.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Eligibility
